Welcome to 2 Fur Doodie, a revolutionary dog harness designed to make your life as a pet parent easier and more convenient. But behind every great product, there's a great story - and ours begins with Kada, our beloved rescue dog who inspired our mission.
Steve, our Founder, CEO, and Visionary, who is also a Marine Corp Veteran, and Dawn, our Co- Founder and CFO, are the driving force behind 2 Fur Doodie. Their son, Adam, is actively engaged in the role of CTO and other family members will ultimately be a part of the team. Steve and Dawn, experienced entrepreneurs, have successfully built various businesses from the ground up, emphasizing teamwork and hands-on dedication.
2 Fur Doodie is more than just a product; it’s about building a community of passionate pet parents who care about their furry friends as much as we do. Our top priority is to promote a strong bond between you and your beloved pet through teamwork.
Kada, Our Inspiration
Kada, was rescued in 2007. She was initially skittish and protective of certain items due to her past abuse. However, with patience and love, Kada eventually grew to trust and love Steve and Dawn. Dawn would take her for daily walks and brush her coat afterward, while Steve bonded with her through games of tug of war and catch, and by teaching her tricks like giving high fives and shaking hands.
As they walked Kada each day, they noticed that many other dog owners would wave their "poop bags" to say hello. A spark of inspiration ignited in their minds: why not develop a revolutionary product that not only enables dogs to carry their own waste bags, but also conveniently transport their favorite treats and toys? Thus, the concept for 2 Fur Doodie was born.
